Intervention 01 · For teams
From resistance to collaboration.
For teams where collaboration feels stuck, where the same patterns keep coming back, or where there is plenty of talk about teamwork and little change in practice. Within fifteen minutes, Flow Motion shows how you respond to each other, and you practise a different way straight away.
Sound familiar?
Challenges from practiceWhat you can bring to me.
- 01
Collaboration that feels stuck, without anyone being able to say exactly why
- 02
Communication that doesn't land: plenty is said, little is heard
- 03
Recurring patterns in the team, even after the last team day
- 04
Resistance, stagnation, or a leader who acts from ego instead of from who they really are
- 05
Too little alignment between people who depend on each other
- 06
Teams that do talk about collaboration, yet find it hard to actually do things differently
Recognise two or more of these? Then Flow Motion is a good first intervention.
Discuss your challengeWhat it is
You can see how you work together in one minute.

Most team trainings talk about working together. In Flow Motion you do it, and see what happens.
Someone pushes, the other pushes back. Or gives way at once. Or looks away. You know these reactions from the office, where they come wrapped in an email or a silence in a meeting. On the mat you see them within seconds.
Flow stands for efficiency, energy and balance. A team in flow wastes no strength pushing against each other. We practise what Aikido teaches about this: receiving force, moving with it and giving direction. Then we look together at what this means for your meetings, your planning and your clients.
You don't need to be good at anything. No sportswear, no experience. Just the willingness to spend a day doing instead of discussing.
What becomes visible
On the mat you see it straight awayWhat Flow Motion makes visible.
- 01
Communication while you work together
What you say, and what your body is doing at the same time. Often those are two different messages, and the team responds to the second one.
- 02
Reaction patterns under pressure
Who pushes on, who gives way, who waits. Nobody chooses this consciously. Once you see it, you can change it.
- 03
Alignment and roles
How roles in a team emerge without anyone assigning them. And what happens when you swap them around for once.
- 04
Effectiveness in contact
When a conversation gets somewhere and when it goes round in circles. On the mat you see in seconds what takes an hour in a meeting.

How the day runs
A day of Flow Motion.
Every day programme follows the same professional structure. We tailor the exact exercises, techniques and content to your group, your question and the goal of the day. A half day is more focused and has no lunch.

What it brings
What you can do with it.
Flow Motion is an intervention to get something moving that has got stuck. Here is what you can expect.
You see what is really happening
What people do when things get tense, regardless of what they say about the collaboration. That is where every change begins.
A shared language
Pushing, receiving, moving with. After one day, those are words you simply use in your next meeting.
A different response, practised straight away
Insight alone changes little. So everyone does the exercise again with a different choice, and feels what that is like.
Less resistance, more energy
A team that stops pushing against itself has strength left for the actual work. You notice it first in how long your meetings take.
Honest up front
Is this right for you?
Yes
A good fit for
- Teams who notice that meetings run long and deliver little
- Managers who want to see how their team really responds to pressure
- Organisations willing to experience something, explore it and then do things differently
- Departments that have just merged or been reorganised
No
Not a fit for
- Teams looking for a fun activity, or a way to spend a budget, without wanting to explore anything
- Anyone looking for a quick fix without changing their own behaviour
- Groups where an underlying conflict needs to be voiced first (Embodiment of the Enneagram is a better fit for that)
