Clear agreements.

These terms apply to all quotes, agreements and open registrations of King Richard. In short: quotes are valid for thirty days, you pay for open sessions in advance, and you can cancel up to one week beforehand for half the amount.

Article 1Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all oral and written quotes and agreements of or with King Richard, and to all related activities, whether preparatory or executive in nature.

Article 2Company description

King Richard focuses on training, coaching, workshops and retreats in the fields of personal development, leadership development and wellbeing. Website: www.kingrichard.nl.

Article 3Definitions

Contractor: King Richard.

Client: the customer who makes use of the services offered by King Richard.

Agreement: all arrangements between the client and the contractor concerning the services to be provided, confirmed in writing after an intake or by email.

Article 4Performance of the agreement

The contractor performs the agreement to the best of its knowledge and ability. The contractor is bound by an obligation of effort; there is no obligation to achieve a specific result.

By confirming the agreement and these terms, the client consents to the use of their name, address and phone number for administrative purposes.

The client provides all necessary information in good time. If the information is not provided in time, the contractor may suspend performance.

Article 5Coaching, advice and referral

The client has been informed about the working methods of King Richard.

The contractor refers the client to a colleague or doctor if the programme is not sufficient.

If the client ends a programme against advice, this is at the client's own risk.

King Richard may end a programme if continuing it cannot reasonably be expected of him.

Client files are handled with care and in accordance with privacy legislation. The client may request access to their file or ask for it to be destroyed, unless the law requires otherwise.

Article 6Prices and quotes

Quotes are valid for 30 days and are based on the information available at the time.

Quotes may include further price arrangements for hire, accommodation, travel costs and the like.

The contractor may apply annual price adjustments.

The agreement is concluded once a quote has been signed or confirmed in writing.

Article 7Payment terms

Payment to IBAN [fill in account number]. New clients pay a 50% deposit before the start.

If payment is not made on time, the client is automatically in default and owes statutory interest. The contractor may suspend performance.

Any objection to an invoice must be submitted in writing within 2 weeks.

Article 8Duration and termination

The duration of a programme may be extended or ended by mutual agreement.

Termination by the client does not affect the client's financial obligations.

Article 9Registration and payment for open enrolment

Payment must be received in the contractor's account before the start of the training, workshop or coaching.

9.1 Cancellation by the client. Cancellation up to 1 week before the start: 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation within 1 week before the start, or failure to attend: 100% cancellation fee.

9.2 Cancellation by the contractor. The contractor may cancel a session without giving reasons; any amounts already paid will be refunded in full.

Article 10Rescheduling appointments

Appointments cancelled within 48 hours will be charged to the client.

Failure to attend will be charged in full.

The contractor may reschedule appointments if they cannot otherwise go ahead.

Article 11Confidentiality

Both parties are obliged to keep confidential all confidential information they have obtained from each other or from another source in the context of the agreement. Information is considered confidential if the other party has indicated this or if it follows from the nature of the information.

What participants share during a training, constellation or session stays within the group.

Article 12Liability

Participation in training sessions, workshops and sessions is at the participant's own risk. The client and participants are themselves responsible for reporting any physical or psychological complaints that may affect participation.

The contractor is not liable for damage of any kind arising from reliance on incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

Any liability of the contractor is limited to the amount invoiced for the assignment concerned.

Article 13Applicable law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are first resolved through mutual consultation; if that fails, they are submitted to the competent court in the district where the contractor is established.
